Home Care - Quality Assurance

In order to maintain and if possible improve the service we offer to our clients we do periodically send out a Service Questionnaire in order to allow clients and their families to make comments, good or bad, about our service. From the feedback we can then assess our service and makes changes where appropriate.

Although we do carry out the above survey to allow us to measure our service from time to time we do request that all of our clients and their families feel free to contact us at any time should they have any comments they wish to make about our service.
